closing balance remains static
Hi, the closing bank statement balance remains fixed on one of my accounts. It then means the account won't reconcile correctly. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks for your post. If you have bank feeds linked to that account the Closing bank statement balance is prefilled based on the most recent information from your bank. If the Closing bank statement balance is incorrect, manually enter theclosing balance from the bank statement.
If you don't have bank feeds linked to the account you will need to manually enter the closing balance from the bank statement.
