How to look at multiple transactions only on one bank account if you don't use Bank feeds

I am using MYOB Business Lite. You can only have two bank feeds, which seems to be the only way to view transactions on one specific bank account rather than all expenditure over multiple bank accoun...

Hi Susie02 

 

The Bank transactions window only shows transactions if you have imported these through bank feeds or bank statement importation.

If you don't use those features of the product then one of the other methods can be implored to see the transactions for that account:

 

  • The Banking>>Find transactions window - this allows you to search Transactions by the particular type of transaction i.e the Source Journal or through the Debits and Credits>>Account filter
  • The Reporting>>Reports>>General Ledger report for that particular account and date range.

  • (If on MYOB Business Pro) The Reporting>>Reports>>Account transactions for that particular account and date range.
