I'm having difficult to view my bank statements

Hi. Sir/Madam

 

I am Myob regular customer and I registered my bank feed service. 

 

My serial number is *****

 

But unfortunately, I can't see my bank statements any more for a quite while, I just don't see any thing in https://my.myob.com.au/Bd/Pages/home.aspx from the drop down menu.

 

Please advise, How I can see it?

    I understand the frustration of not seeing your bank statements for a while. If you're referring to bank feeds not coming through, I want to inform you that there was indeed a recent bank feed delay incident, but our team has successfully resolved the issue. You should now be able to see your bank statements when you click on bank transactions. Just make sure that you filter the correct account and date. Please clear your browser cache, log out, and log back in again.
