Major drawback of online only systems. The answer to both question is no. You can only access your file online while your subscription is current. Once you cancel, after a specified 'grace' period the online file is deleted. It is up to you to generate reports etc for your records, before you end the subscription. In some cases you can also export some data.

We're glad to hear that the answer provided by gavin_12345 was able to address your query. Additionally, please note that with MYOB Business Lite and Pro, which are browser-based, there isn't a way to back up the file data.
