Cant log into MYOB business Lite

Hello trying to sign into the myob file and getting the attached error.

    Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you can't see your businesses. Could you confirm via private message what the email address is you are using to log in? And the serial number(s) of the files you are expecting to see? I will be able to assist you further once I receive that information.
