expenses

first of all there is no easy way to contact Myob for help support online apart from the AI assistance which is not useful when you need human assistance! second of all I require how to show the expenses (invoices) entry as they are not showing up on the dashboard. All the expenses I entered are showing up as zero when I go to do any accounting for the financial year even though there are entries! How can this get fixed?

    Hi ziplockdoonas, 

     

    It sounds like you’ve already been trying to contact our support team for some time. We’re currently experiencing longer wait times across all support channels due to the high volume of requests coming in.

     

    If the expenses are showing in your file but not on the dashboard, you’ll still need to contact support so they can check your account.

     

    You can create a ticket through My Account, or since you were able to connect, you can ask MOCA to route you to the live chat team.
