GST not calculatng

Hello, I am a student and cannot understand why the GST is not calculating at 10%. Any help appreciated.Thank you.

    Hi harpo,

    Please ensure that the GST tax code is correctly set up. For more information, you can refer to this help pages: Tax codes / Changing your GST settings. Additionally, verify whether your transactions are set to be tax inclusive or exclusive. If the transactions are tax inclusive, the GST amount will be included in the total price. If they are tax exclusive, the GST will be added on top of the total price. This setting can affect the calculation of the GST amount.
