Why does this always happen at the most inconvenient times. Its **bleep** that they keep increasing their prices, but making life harder with each increase. Get it right the first time. Don't use us as your probem solvers.

It appears to be a system wide outage across the web business products.
If you have ARL files you can still access them from the desktop product.
