Yes, our cloud service provider is currently experiencing a major outage affecting the Australia East region. This is impacting our customers and the ability to access their company files on AccountRight and MYOB Business.
Apologies for the inconvenience, we continue to work with our cloud service provider to stabilise the system . The latest updates on the outage can be found on our status page MYOB.
