Hey guys, I'm just starting to make use of Team and want to record staff leave via the app, when I get them all on to it.
But in a trial, we recorded 3 days of leave for a staff member, being Thursday, Friday and Monday, but the Leave Approval request was for 5 days.
Is there a way to make Team aware of weekends so it only requests 3 days leave, not 5?

Yes there's a way to make your employees aware of weekends and they can their leave request through MYOB Team app. You can also refer to this link from a Community Forum post for more information.
