Thanks for your post and for providing the screenshot showing the miscalculated hours. Miscalculated hours could be caused for some reasons. I recommend trying to uninstall the MYOB Team application and reinstalling it again to see if the issue will be fixed. Also, you can try to create a new one to see if it'll provide you with an incorrect total of hours. If the issue persists, the next thing you can do is delete the location, recreate it, and try to create a roster again.
If neither of these scenarios apply, you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. Use MOCA for immediate queries and assistance. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team to investigate this further.
