It doesn't seem that anyone at MYOB is doing anything to improve the Team App. This issue is still persisting from 2 years ago! Very disappointed with this service.

I agree. If they are providing a program (app) to use with subscriptions, then it should be the same quality as MYOB's other products. There are repetitive issues with Teams app and online module that have been occurring for years, but it appears that nothing is being done to stabilize the program.
