copilot search revealed an error - as per attached, this error happened on 11 October 2024 - extremely strange to have an exact date when the error occurred - can get a receivables report dated 10 October, but get the error from 11 October onwards - please help!!!

Hi RSMWagga,
Looks like copilot gave a bunch of possible reasons why your receivables report isn’t working, but honestly, we’ll need to go through them one at a time to know for sure. The first three in your doc are things you can check yourself, no dramas.
For the fourth one, you’ll need our support team to have a squiz, since it involves a few extra checks and running some scripts on your file. You can give us a shout by starting a support ticket in MyAccount or jump onto live chat via MOCA.
