Thanks for explaining that. If the invoices are showing under Sales > Invoices for that date range, it usually means the invoices are there. Could you please check the sales status filter and make sure All invoices or All sales is selected? If a different status is selected, the report can come up blank or just show the magnifying glass and box. If it still shows no data after that, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, and we’ll take a closer look with you.
