Generate a report that shows hour spent on a sales item for a specific job

Hi Community.

 

I have to find out the total number of hours my employees have spent doing a specific pay item on a specific job, that matches a sales item, so that I can invoice the client. Is there an easy way to do this. None of the reports collect this information together. I can get total hours on a pay item but not break it down in to a specific job.

 

I have their timesheets I could go through manually to get the info, but was hoping there is a way MYOB can do it quicker.

    Hi BWA1,

     

    MYOB Business doesn't have a direct report for breaking down hours by both pay item and job in the same view. If your employees are using timesheets with job codes assigned, you can generate a Timesheets report that will show hours worked per job. Although it may not link directly to sales items, this report should provide a breakdown of hours by job.
