Hi Sai, I have tried all of your suggestions but with no luck. Also i don't have access to My Account any more, Its as if i have been kicked out of my accounting system. It is telling me i am not the administrator.

Thanks for giving those steps a go and for the update. Sorry to hear it’s still not working. If you’re no longer able to access My Account and it’s saying you’re not the administrator, we have other ways to contact them by going here: Contact us - MYOB Support.
