Loving using the Attachments feature, long overdue. Sort of replacing my database of documentation for customers sales as I have Australian Standards Certifications, Serial Number Recording, Test Records that are specific to individual invoices that need storing.
One feature that is sorely needed is a SALES IN TRAY. A tray where Purchase Orders can be uploaded, organised, given statuses (i.e. Progress, ETA's, Subtasks etc that similar CRM apps do) This would negate the need for me to use a seperate CRM app like Clickup and given MYOB is charging me $150pm. From there a Purchase Order from my customers can be transferred into an Invoice. The AI integrations for this in the future could be huge. It could give real time inventory tracking based on existing Purchase Orders for example, give auto updates on ETA's to customers via email, many more.
