Instead we have an attachments option for sales. It has no preview of the doc on the invoice, vanishes when converting from quote to order and then to invoice and no email address box within MYOB that the docs can be sent. Delivery docs need to be emailed to a user, saved to a network or local folder then uploaded to an invoice. Crazy slow, clunky and virtaully useless. If we will never get a Sales In Tray just make a universal "In Tray"!! ....where docs can be added to sales or purchases not just purchases. Its not rocket science.

Where have the 618 votes and 318 commnets gone? Why did it start back at 0?
Hows this suggestion going? Its the last step required to make MYOB virtually paperless, it's 2025 not 1985
This would be very helpful as we have delivery dockets for certain invoices.
So it carries the same weight, why not reinstate the 618 votes? Just a logical idea so it get noticed and finally gets done!
Okay, so when is the feature of a sales in tray being added? How many more votes does it need to be actioned? A 10 year old request and it is still "It's coming".
Yes, another voter for Sales In-tray. For someone who still creates the invoice outside MYOB for many reasons, I want an In-Tray just like Purchases. I can't understand why this can't be done or hasn't already? The amount of money in increases I have paid for two files in the cloud with Account Right Premier and no significant upgrades of use to me in that time.
The attachments feature is long overdue but still really needs In Tray for my customers purchase orders.. Sort of replacing my database of documentation for customers sales as I have Australian Standards Certifications, Serial Number Recording, Test Records that are specific to individual invoices that need storing.
One feature that is sorely needed is a SALES IN TRAY. A tray where Purchase Orders can be uploaded, organised, given statuses (i.e. Progress, ETA's, Subtasks etc that similar CRM apps do) This would negate the need for me to use a seperate CRM app like Clickup and given MYOB is charging me $150pm. From there a Purchase Order from my customers can be transferred into an Invoice. The AI integrations for this in the future could be huge. It could give real time inventory tracking based on existing Purchase Orders for example, give auto updates on ETA's to customers via email, many more.
