Purchases In-Tray Issues
One of my staff members has been trying to create new purchases by using the "create new bill" button in the in-tray. The purchases window is not launching, and the documents are disappearing from the in-tray.
Fortunately we have other workflows that can help to identify the documents that have dropped out from the tray, but not sure why this is not working today, or if anyone else is having this issue?

I've successfully replicated the issue you're having with In Tray when creating a new bill and with documents not appearing. It's working on my end. I'd recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to refresh the data. If it's still the same, make sure to reach out to our support team directly.
