AccountRight Single Sign-On > EAP

We’re rolling out Early Access for Single Sign On (SSO) in AccountRight. 

 

We've selected a small group of users who will be participating in the early access program, if this is you, you’ll see a smoother sign in experience between the desktop and browser. 


Those involved can keep up to date and ask questions in the EAP board here, we’d love to hear how SSO is working for you.


Status: 🟢Live

 

Accepting more customers into EAP?: No

    Hi Non-For-Profit​ ,
    Thank you again for sharing the above - this helped me to pin point the issue. Seems that email was sent with the incorrect date for your file, I've checked and your file is scheduled to have SSO turned on next week, Tuesday. Apologies for any incovenience that this may have caused.

    Hi, however, I received an email telling me that our company file will be receiving it on Monday 16 Feb. Serial number has been redacted.

    Thank you for your message, we glad that you were trilled to check out the new SSO Login Flow. We are slowly rolling out this feature. By the screen shot provided you are still on the old login flow. You should see the new experience active in our account by mid next week at latest.

    Hi, I received an email to say I will get early access for SSO on Mon, 16 Feb and was super excited for it!

    However, today and yesterday I still repeatedly get this screen whenever I get logged out. I also can't use my password manager and have to manually enter everything as usual. 

    Do I need to activate anything? I use the latest version 2026.1.1.7 of AccountRight Plus (desktop).
