Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

I understand the frustration when a familiar workflow changes, and I want to assure you this wasn't change for the sake of change. This update was actually one of our most frequently requested improvements, designed to save you time in the long run.

If you enable the modal to remember your actions, the new experience should require the same number of clicks as before. On top of that, you're now gaining several benefits that weren't previously available: 

• Remembering credentials between sessions​
• Enabling password managers​
• Single Sign on, eliminating redundant logins, one login for desktop and browser

That said, we want to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for you. If you're running into specific friction points, I'd love to hear more detail so we can help you get the most out of the update.

Hi all, 

Regarding the 'something went wrong' error message with payroll, I can confirm that this is unrelated to the SSO changes

We are getting this posted up on our status page asap.

In the meantime, payroll processing via the browser does not seem to be affected
You can review how to process payroll in broswer here

Another option that some customers have found works in desktop is to retry the payroll in smaller batches, this error may be linked to processing payroll for large batches (~100 employees)

Why are you trying to fix something that is not broken?

Why are we taken to the web browser to come back to the desktop?

Every time you make a downgrade we are required to have more clicks and mouse movements to do the same functions. Just because you can change things does not mean you should.

I am now wasting time talking to MYOB instead of getting work done.

Also having the same issue and now i can't access a saved payroll in the browser. I spent 1.5 hours on live chat with myob yesterday with no resolution

we are having the same issue when opening process payroll, error message comes up something has gone wrong and account right needs to close. Please fix 

Hi brunob​, thanks for the follow up. It's great, except that now when I click on "Process Payroll", this screen pops up. 

This is adversely impacting our operations. Could this please be rectified as a priority?

Thank you again for sharing the above - this helped me to pin point the issue. Seems that email was sent with the incorrect date for your file, I've checked and your file is scheduled to have SSO turned on next week, Tuesday. Apologies for any incovenience that this may have caused.

Hi, however, I received an email telling me that our company file will be receiving it on Monday 16 Feb. Serial number has been redacted.
