Inventory item shutting/crashing software

We have an issue in our system where one of our inventory item codes will crash our Accountright system if we try and enter the item information window.

 

The sock item can be Purchased and Sold without issue, but as soon as we open the Item information window the whole system will seize and force a restart.

 

Has anyone experienced this before or have a fix for this issue

    Hi Janny87

    This may need troubleshooting to fix the issue. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid some software discrepancies. 
    Here’s how you can do it: close all instances of AccountRight, navigate to the cache folder (default location: C:\Users[Your Username]\AppData\Local\MYOB\AccountRight\Cache), and delete all files within the cache folder.
