Inventry

Hi can any one help I have Money being stored into an Account code when it shouldn't be. 1-1110. how do I fix?

    Hi JASON4, 

     

    Thanks for the update. You can change the linked account via the Items information window, however in regards to the previous sale transactions that have been linked to the wrong asset account you would need to delete the sale and re-enter the transaction so the updated account is linked to the sale.

Hi JASON4, 

 

Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if there is an item linked to these sale transactions ? If so, I would recommend taking a look at the Items information window to see if the account has been linked to that Item. To do this you can go to Inventory > Items list > Select the blue arrow for the item.

    Hi Melissa, Yes the item is linked to the sale but not the asset account 1-1110 should be only 1-1320 Inventry
