Negative Inventory Values
I have a client with 5 inventory items with negative $ values, some with stock on hand, some without. I'm not experienced with inventory so have absolutely no idea how to fix these.
I have also done a dummy credit for one of the items as a test and it now won't let me delete the credit???
If you have any inventory items with negative values, you would have to adjust inventory by doing an adjustment journal which would increase the value of items, as negative inventory is not supported by AccountRight Live.
After that, you would be able to edit or delete the transactions having that item. More information on how to do the inventory adjustments can be found on Making inventory adjustments help article.
