Hello Genreve,
I have done a stocktake - there is zero stock.
System shows 3.15m in stock because of the error entry of 3.15m. What adjustment should I make?
I still cannot delete the entry.
I booked a call back with MYOB for 2.30 today. It is now 3.15pm, no-one has called back.
How do I speak to anyone at 'back-end' or how do I get them to call me? Please do not tell me to submit a support case via 'My Account' because I have done that and they close the case before fixing the issue.
Can you please tell me how to solve it or get someone to call me? Thanks,
