To Do List - Stock Alert Report

Hi, 

 

So I am a student trying to complete my Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting, and I am new to using MYOB.

I am using the AccountEdge Pro version. 

 

I am currently doing an assignment on Inventory but having some trouble opening the To-Do List - Stock Alert report. 

 

I have set up my Inventory products and added the opening balances, but when I try to open the stock alert report I get a message saying there is no data to print. I cannot figure out why this is, and cannot find the solution. 

 

So my question is, What is the required data you need to be able to open the report? 

 

Any help is much appreciated.

    In AccountEdge, the quantity is based on the information you have already entered in the Buying Details or Auto-Build tabs of the Item Information window (Lists menu > Items > select the item). The quantity to order also takes into account what you currently have on hand, what is already on order, and the number of units ordered by customers. Therefore, in order to pull data on the stock alert window, ensure you have these details entered.
