Documents not refreshing to platform from Email or Assist
This has been an ongoing issue with bills not uploading to my account. I am having to save documents as PDFs and drag them into the platform. Why aren’t the apps working?

I am also having difficulties with emailing to the purchasing In Tray. No documents are showing despite the home page stating there are some.
