Hi SuznRoy,
That sounds very cumbersome, especially if you’re using the camera a lot in MYOB Assist.
We’re not seeing a widespread issue with the camera in the app, but a few different things can cause problems. You can try these steps:
- Check the camera permissions on your phone for the MYOB Assist app (Camera and Photos/Storage need to be allowed).
- Check the user’s access in MYOB – the login you’re using in the app needs Purchases (and/or Sales) with Create & edit access, otherwise uploads from Capture can fail.
- Delete and reinstall the MYOB Assist app, then sign in again and try capturing a receipt.
