Soho-99 I didn't sign up for 'flare' so it can't be that. I'm pretty sure it was the update and Amanda's response was and is useless and hasn't helped any of us...I think she might have gone underground 😅

Same - I don't know what 'Flare' is. AmandaCL you are our only hope, as there's only about 24 hours to go before the BAS is due, that time frame is far too short for MYOB Help to respond.
