Quotes - Invoice in account right
We have started using the quote facility in MYOB. When we convert it to an invoice and update/change or add details the quote still remains in the listing. This is a pain because we will end up with numerous quotes that have actually been invoiced all be it for a few changes. Can the quote be deleted eventhough it has the same number as the (now converted to) invoice number?

Sounds like you want to enable the following Sales Preference:
- Navigate to Setup>>Preferences
- Click Sales
- Enable Delete Quotes upon Changing to and Recording as an Order or Invoice
- Click OK
What the above process will do is when you convert a quote to an order/invoice that the original quote is deleted thus not retained in the company file as a quote.
