AUTO DELETE QUOTES AFTER CONVERTED TO INVOICE

Good day,

 

I know this feature is currently not available under AccountRight but just checking when will this option be automated?

 

Deletion of Quotes Already Converted to Invoices.

    Thank you very much for the response. I have checked Delete quotes options. 

    Will have this option enabled until June 2024.

    The reason being ; we have a lot of historical invoices posting ongoing and would like our sales team to auto clear all converted invoices. We are almost up to date now.

      Noted thanks. So when a quote is converted to an invoice; it automatically deletes?

        Hi esaumellie 

         

        Depends how your preference is set - not all users want to delete. See Setup > Preferences > Sales (towards bottom of screen)
