The issue has been going on in our business for almost two years. I have to manually apply 3 staff out of 6 every week. What I find disappointing is that MYOB have advised that the issue has been forward to the "relevant team" 18months ago and there has been no feedback, and I believe we have had 2 price increases in our subscription and are not able to use MYOB it to its full potential.
