Sadly this is the MYOB ethos. ‘Not a high priority’
I was advised by an MYOB authority to seek assistance as it was me doing something incorrect. So I did. It cost me $360 for the time it took.
After a multitude of problems- having to enter timesheets in shifts- 2/4 of our team being able to use it not loading etc.. the list goes on. We deleted it and reverted back to paper timesheets.
this is sadly what we can expect from MYOB these days.
