Hi, We went to proces payroll and one employee could not see timesheets in there app and I was unable to process their timesheets in MYOB Team. i deleted their timesheets and added in myself. All other employees where fine.As a follow up we had him delte the app from his phone and reinstall, still the same problem. We now have two further staff members who are unable to view timesheets in the app.I have reveiewed previous post and follow the insturctions by creating a new location. This also hasn't worked.Can we pleae have assistance in resolving this. Kind regardsChelsea

Sadly this is the MYOB ethos. ‘Not a high priority’ I was advised by an MYOB authority to seek assistance as it was me doing something incorrect. So I did. It cost me $360 for the time it took. After a multitude of problems- having to enter timesheets in shifts- 2/4 of our team being able to use it not loading etc.. the list goes on. We deleted it and reverted back to paper timesheets. this is sadly what we can expect from MYOB these days.

Hiu Earl, Nothing as been respoved. I have done what you have asked with our employees several times. One even bught a new phone and this still hasn't rectified the problem.The problem is two employees cannot view the timesheets function on the app. They can put the hours in but a swirling image appears nothing else. Hi, BuildonCert Thanks for your post, and Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. When you tried to process the timesheets, did you receive any error message? Also, kindly check the steps provided below to see if everything was set up correctly. Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. The Preferences window appears. In the System tab, select the I Use Timesheets for [...] and My Week Starts on [...] preference. If you want to use timesheets to record: activity slips as well as payroll information, select Time Billing and Payroll from the I Use Timesheets for [...] list. payroll information only, select Payroll from the I Use Timesheets for [...] list. Please also check if the employees are hourly or salary as timesheets can be submitted for hourly employees only. Secondly, go through Getting started with MYOB Team Help Article and ensure every step has been followed. The main thing to check would be if employees are added correctly under their managers. If nothing helps, delete the location and re-enter it again in the Locations tab as that has happened to resolve the issue for some users. Lastly, kindly delete the existing timesheet and then re-enter it and try to submit it again. Please let me know if you require any further assistance with this. Best regards, Doreen

Hi Doreen, Thank you for your beedback, I have already done all of these suggestions, however I have done again.We still have to employees who cannot view ther timesheets. When I processed pay roll last week there hours were in ho[ever and error did appear (only on the 2 with issues) and then had to delete and create timesheets for them. This issue has been outstanding at least 18 months though and the response from MYOB and the moderators is always the same.
Can we please get a timeframe of when this will be resolved?

I certainly hope it is fixed. We have never had success with the app. It’s at least 4 years ago that we first encountered this issue. Didn’t look at it again until our new bookkeeper suggested to get us all onto it. 5 hours later ($$$$) she has had success with 2/7 of our staff!

What do you mean it’s not deemed a high priority?

On the MYOB website, the MYOB Team app is promoted as follows:
“MYOB Team is a fast, simple and powerful self-service app for managing teams, rosters, multiple locations and timesheets.
Employers can distribute and approve rosters, manage timesheets, oversee multiple locations, and have an overview of who is working most efficiently, from any device.”

But it’s proving not to be fast, simple, or self-service. It’s not effective at managing or approving timesheets and cannot be done from any device.

So by saying this is not high priority you are saying “MYOB is happy to lie to customers and advertise falsely”

Myself and many other users have been reporting this issues for months, if not years. Our team is even discussing moving back to paper timesheets. It’s beyond ridiculous.
