Accepted an AccountRight invite but file does not appear in MYOB Practice

I have accepted an invite from a client who uses MYOB AccoutRight but the file does not appear in MYOB Practice.   I can access the file through their link using the AccountRight software, and can ...

The invite stated that my access was set as administrator.

They may not have ticked the box to give you online administrator permission, or may not have invited you as an advisor. Either way, they should go into my.myob and add you as an online administrator. You need that permission for the file to appear in your dashboard.
