IR526 Donations Tax Credit

Is anyone else having difficulty with the donations tax credit when the refund is not being transferred anywhere but needs to be refunded direct to the Client?   Currently I have a donations return...

Hi Tracy2020,

 

Thank you for your post.

 

To get round this error.

 

Please go down to the transfers section and click on the link "add another transfer", then next to the first transfer there is a x, click on this x to remove the first transfer.

 

You should be able to file the return now.
