It seems 'action' section doesn't exist for my profile.
How can this be fixed so i can resend an invitation to my accountant?

Hi NB1877,
An action will only appear if the invite is still pending (meaning the user has not yet accepted). It would give you the option to cancel or resend the invitation.
Looking at your screenshot, this user has seemed to have accepted the invitation. If they are having troubles logging in, what you can do is click into the user's name and delete this user which should be located in the bottom left of this screen. Once they have been deleted, you can Create user with all the same details and re-invite them, so they can get back in.
