Unable to invite users

Hi, we upgraded our offline file to online AccountRight Plus this morning.

We are unable to invite user since 9am today. 4 hours passed and it is still not working.

The message is "We're still getting your online file ready, so you can't invite users right now. We won't take long, so please try again soon.

    Sorry to hear that 4 hours passed already and you still cannot invite a user to your company file. To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      Hi Doreen P,

       

      I've had the same issue and it's been over two weeks and I still can't invite users to the online file. Are you able to help?

Apologies that it's been 2 weeks and you are still having difficulties inviting a user to an online company file. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. 
         
        To investigate this further with you, could you please send me the following information in a private message
         

        • The serial number of the product - Setup>>Company Information 
        • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight/Accounting 
        • Name of primary contact and email address 
        • Business name

         

         

        Please let me know if you need further help.
