I had set up a user as Advisor a while ago. Recently, they lost the access (not sure why) but they could not get back into our myob account from their end.
Tried deleting the Advisor access but was not sucessful due to there is an audit trail under this user.
How do I re set the user access? Deactivating and reactivating does not work.
Have post the issue under an incorrect category so I re-post the problem here.

Hi Krys
have a look at your pay items
there is an option to automatically reduce base hours
see if this has been ticked in the site allowance pay item
There may be something in the work over set up also
