Thanks for raising this.
At the moment, there isn’t a standard FBT template available in MYOB Online for client communication or approval. This has already been raised with the product team and is currently in the enhancement stage.
In the meantime, the current workaround is to manually enter or paste your preferred template each time when sending FBT to clients, as you’ve been doing.
We understand this isn’t ideal, especially during busy FBT periods, and appreciate your patience while this is being considered for future improvements.

Thank you for your response and for acknowledging the concern.
However, I would like to highlight that this is a time-sensitive compliance requirement. FBT is a known and recurring obligation each year, and ideally, such functionality should have been implemented in advance. As a compliance software provider, MYOB would be well aware of upcoming FBT periods and the practical needs of agents.
The current workaround of manually pasting templates is quite inefficient, especially during peak lodgement periods, and increases the risk of inconsistencies in client communication.
It would be greatly appreciated if this enhancement could be prioritized and implemented urgently, rather than being deferred, considering the immediate impact on workflow and productivity.
Looking forward to seeing improvements in this area soon.
