Costs for API MyOB AcccountRight

Hi,  I'm new to MYOB. 

We want to connect our Accountright to our job system so was trying to get API keys for this.  From my understanding is it correct that you have to be part of the developer program for minimum $110/month before you can get API Keys.  Any other product Ive used included API keys for pulling data.

 

Any help appreciated.
