Hi JH1 and Paul_Brennan,

Thanks for your response. We noticed that once you click on the link provided by Genreve, you'll need to log in using your account on the community forum. My advice is to copy the link and paste it into a different browser to access it. Retention Money

Thanks for your reply.  However even when I am logged in or copy and paste the link into a completely different browser the following message appears - 

 

"Access Denied

You do not have access to this area of the community or it doesn't exist"
