Has anyone used MYOX Services to purge or perform fixes on a MYOB file? Can you vouch for their service? Thank you
We did end up using MYOX Services to purge and fix issues with our file and they were very knowledgeable, professional and quick, they successfully restored the file smaller by nearly a half. Recommend them.
Thanks JLAW, we also used him in the end, to do a file purge and it all went very smoothly.
We used Paul from myox services to fix employee cards transferred to a new file which created a new card for employees addresses, phone numbers etc which ended up creating over 4000 cards. Paul was very quick and helpful and fixed no problem at all. Well worth the money over the frustration and time it would have taken to delete each individual file. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate using again.

Hi EmmaRob , I have sent several clients their way over a number of years, and their service is always reliable and good value. In one case a client's very large file went from unusable to normal overnight.
