Unable to select correct period to file GST return

Hi mikeykhoo,

 

Thanks for the screenshot provided. If you can’t see the May 2025 filing periods, it might be because of your financial year or GST settings. Just double-check and update these in your business settings, or check if you haven’t rolled over your financial year yet. If you’re still stuck after checking, it’s best to give our team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount, we’ll help you get it sorted.

    Yes - it worked! Updated the FY setting in business settings are it worked.
