Can you please insert the relevant IRD number onto the Employers Deductions Report. We know our address and phone number so this is redundant on the report, but the IRD number would be really useful when setting up the PAYE payment. We've requested this improvement since you dispensed with the official IRD form.

Fair call, I can definitely see why having the IRD number on the Employer Deductions Report would make things a lot more practical.
This has already been raised with our product team as an enhancement request, but at this stage there’s no update just yet. The current format is still accepted by IRD, even without the IRD number showing on it. In the meantime, if you need it for payment reference, a handy workaround is to export the report to Excel and add the IRD number there manually.
