MYOB Payroll 2025.1 updates the ACC earner levy rate, ESCT and extra pay tax thresholds for the 2025 to 2026 financial year.
MYOB Payroll will be decommissioned on 1 April 2026. After this date, features, patches, compliance updates and support will no longer be provided.

Hi, for what it's worth we are switching to MYOB Acumatica.
No I still haven't found an option, I don't like the idea of changing everything, so will probably have to pay more to outsource payroll. I looked at Acumatica but not happy to pay the initial outlay of $50k+ just to get a payroll solution that works

I am so confused, what should we move to?
MYOB still advertise a Payroll product. Is this also the same one that is being decommissioned, or is that a new, sperate product (as it appears to be)?

If it was my choice, move away from MYOB altogether.

jennie is extremely helpful, we’re now using Crystal payroll - you can import timesheets and job and dept hours, and import the csv to myob AR. Reporting is good and reports can be exported to excel as well - unlike myob. Yes we have to pay but its reasonable in comparison to other payroll systems. I tried myobs version and it is very basic and didn’t fit any criteria
