Payday filling error 104

Hi

I entered an incorrect pay date of August rather than July and the IRD has rejected the submission and I have an error 104. How do I go in and correct that payroll with the July pay date?

    Hi TimBr 

    Which payroll are you using. If Essentials or MYOB Business you would need to delete the payrun (via each employee) and do it again with the correct date. If MYOB (NZ) Payroll restore the backup anbd change the date, then finalise again. You can edit the IRD filing to correct the date and lodge again with IRD as well.
