Paying out annual leave after Parental leave

Hi,

 

Urgent please - I have an employee who accrued 20 days of AL whilst on parental leave.

 

When i follow the instructions in the below support note:

It doesn't reflect their AWE shown shown under their employee profile under the leave tab?
