Annual Leave Balance Variance
Hi,
Can someone please advise why there is a difference of 20 hours for one of our employee's annual leave balance between MYOB Desktop App and the web browser?
Any help is much appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear that there’s a 20-hour difference between the annual leave balance shown in the MYOB desktop app and the web browser. It may be that the date range isn’t being applied consistently between the two reports. Could you please confirm that you’re comparing the following reports?
- Entitlement Balance Detail in the desktop app
- Leave Balance Detail in the browser
Please also check that both reports use the same employee, leave type and date range. As an additional check, run the YTD report and compare the balances to make sure the figures match and that the correct report is being used.
