MYOB Solo

I have a new client and have started him on Solo, and he has invited me into the file. However, I cannot see the bank transactions, but I can see all the transactions via the find transactions functi...

Can anybody help me - I am becoming very frustrated with this.

Hi again ​ Richard1​ ,

My advice in the previous reply was not correct, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.

Solo by MYOB uses open banking which means that these customers do not have 'bank feeds' as you would know them from MYOB Business or AccountRight.

If you are able to see the transactions, then I would expect that everything is working.
